Since 2010 there has been an increase of 165% in the number of rough sleepers on the streets of England – and charities warn that this figure excludes the number of homeless and ‘precarious’ people in England which has risen by 71% since 2011.

Jon Sparkes is the Chief Executive of Crisis, Dr Al Story is the Clinical Lead for the Find and Treat service at UCLH, and Bill Thorpe is the Deputy Director of the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy at the Ministry for Housing.  At the Pathways from Homelessness conference, they discuss statistics, malnutrition and Housing First.

This panel debate is essential viewing for healthcare professionals, homeless charities and policy-makers dealing with homelessness and rough-sleeping in the UK.
