Sustain: The Alliance for Better Food and Farming has been at the forefront of campaigns to improve food and farming in the UK for 20 years, from promoting better hospital food and school dinners to seeking to influence policy-makers to maintain high food, fishing and farming standards in a post-Brexit Britain.

At a SERA panel discussion in Brighton, Sustain’s Deputy Chief Executive Ben Reynolds gave an overview of the challenges the UK faces in maintaining high food standards not only in a post-Brexit (or even no-deal Brexit) Britain, but looking ahead to the dilemmas of food and farming that Climate Change will provoke over the next few decades too.
